I purchased a Cancan DVd on Dec. 24.
Two days later got a call to upgrade the battery. When I didn't it suddenly became back ordered. I have called twice and today was told it would ship . I will believe it when I have it.
It was as though because I didn't upgrade they put the order on hold. I found their customer service people very matter of fact and they were not helpful .
When I complained the web site did not show back order, I was told it hadn't been updated. Yet it still show in stock
