Broadway Photo complaint by Deathvalleypaul

I placed my order, and then two days later got an e-mail telling me I had to call them to verify. They tried to sell me a bunch of accessories I didn't want.

Then one week later when my camera did not come, I called them and asked when they were going to ship it, and they said the item was on back order and I would have to wait 5 weeks.

I asked why they didn't tell me that when I ordered and they lied and said they sent me an e-mail which they did not, and it was not in my spam mail either. They outright lied.

I HATE LIARS. They underpriced the item so they would be the lowest and the web site low price digital . com of course shows them as a 5 star merchant.

I SUGGEST SKIP THIS VENDOR!
