I'm a photographer and these guys are well known on a lot of photography forums. They are notorious for high pressure sales tactics and using the bait and switch routine. They'll take your money and then want you to call to confirm your order. When you call they will tell you the model you ordered doesn't come with items such as the battery or a charger, even though it does from the manufacturer. They'll then offer you what you originally ordered for more than the price you'll find from reputable websites. If you refuse to pay the new price, they will tell you that it is not in stock. If you by some miracle you receive what you ordered it turns out to be a gray market version. Also they have been known to have multiple online stores and here are some of them Broadway Photo / A&M Photo World, Regal Camera, Prestige Camera, Preferred Photo, Royal Camera and more

I called them today and they said they had a nikon D3 for $3700, not true they wanted my credit card number for a product that was not in stock and kept asking for the card number ( at least 4 times he asked for it ). The sales Rep. thought he had me on hold but had an open phone line, I could hear someone in the background telling the Rep. to make the sale and tell me what ever I wanted to hear to get me to give him my credit card number. When I asked about the open line I was told I was wrong and I did not hear that comment, yet the person called me by the name the " the D3 dude from Florida wanting to make the purchase". This place is a Ripp Off!! NY Officials need to investigate them.. Buyers be Alert!! Don'y buy here!!! You will be dupped!!
