Ordered a Canon SD870is from them, $239.99. Afterward, received the "standard" call. I said if this is to sell me "extras" STOP! Absolutely not interested, period. "Oh, no. We're just verifying the order," but they went into their high pressure sales pitch anyway. I repeated "NO!" as strongly as I could.
Then, in a condescending tone-of-voice, came "Was I sure I wanted the Japanese version?" NO WHERE ON THE SITE WAS THIS STATED! (I have since double-checked.) Surprise! It turns out the US version (book in English) sells for $299.99. I canceled the order.
